Refund policy

Because our flowers are perishable and made to order, we don't offer cash refunds. All approved cancellations are issued as store credit.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery receive store credit for the full amount. Within 48 hours of delivery, including same-day orders, orders can't be cancelled, but we can change the delivery date or address.

Subscriptions
Always in Bloom and Blush Dates deliveries can be skipped, changed, or cancelled at least 3 days before the delivery date. Paid deliveries that are cancelled in time are issued as store credit. Deliveries less than 3 days away can't be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@berryblush.com with a clear photo of the arrangement. Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Flower care
Please follow the care card included with your flowers. We can't accept claims for flowers that weren't cared for as directed.
