When is the Valentine's Day Collection available?
Our Valentine’s Day Exclusive Collection is available for fulfillment from February 8–16, 2026. Be sure to order early to secure your perfect bouquet!
Do you deliver Valentine’s Day flower arrangements in Toronto and the GTA?
Absolutely! We offer Valentine’s Day flower delivery throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) from February 8–16, 2026. We deliver Monday to Sunday (excluding statutory holidays).
When is the last day I can place an order for Valentine’s Day delivery?
To guarantee Valentine’s Day flower delivery in Toronto on February 13 or 14, please place your order by February 11 at 12:00 AM. After this time, pickup will be the only available option.
I missed the delivery cutoff. Can I still get flowers?
After the February 11th deadline (12:00 AM), In-store Pickup will be the only option available. Any orders placed for delivery after this cutoff will be automatically refunded
What happens if I miss the ordering cutoff for delivery?
Orders placed for delivery after the cutoff time will be automatically refunded. Make sure to order by the deadline to avoid any issues.
Can I pick up my Valentine’s Day flower arrangement instead of delivery?
Yes. You can select in-store pick-up at checkout and collect your order from our location at 1112 Queen St. E., Toronto, M4M 1K8. Same-day pick-up may be available.
Can I order products outside of the Valentine’s Day Collection during this period?
No, during the period from February 8–16, we will only be fulfilling Valentine’s Collection orders. Other product collections will be temporarily unavailable, and orders placed outside this collection may be canceled.
Can I place a same-day delivery order during Valentine’s week?
We do not accept same-day online delivery orders for Valentine’s week. Please place your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Can I add a personalized message or greeting card?
Yes. You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your Valentine’s order at no extra cost (unless otherwise stated).
Do you offer gift wrapping for Valentine’s Day?
All Valentine’s Day orders come with premium festive wrapping. Some products may include complimentary upgrades during the Valentine season.
