Delivery / Shipping Policy
We offer delivery service throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we do not provide delivery on statutory holidays. Our standard delivery hours are between 1 PM and 6 PM for residential addresses and between 1 PM and 4:45 PM for business locations. However, due to factors like traffic, weather, and the driver's route, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. If you have a preferred time frame for delivery, you can request a 'window of time' in the additional instructions box during the checkout process. We will make every effort to accommodate your request to the best of our ability. Special/Express/Rush delivery options may be available with an additional delivery cost. For assistance with these services, please call 647-877-6848. Alternatively, you can choose the convenient in-store pick-up option at our location on 18A Busy St., Toronto, M4M 1N8. Simply select the 'Pick-Up' option during checkout to take advantage of this service.
We encourage you to place your orders in advance. For the GTA-Toronto area, the deadline for next-day delivery is 12:00 AM (EST). We offer same-day delivery exclusively for the City of Toronto, with a delivery cut-off time of 1 PM. Additionally, same-day pick-up may be available; please call 647-877-6848 for further assistance. On special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Rosh Hashanah, Thanksgiving, and Christmas the delivery time will be extended until 9 PM EST. Additionally, we may offer Sunday delivery as well. In the event that the recipient's address is incorrect and a delivery attempt is made, you will be liable for the charges associated with the attempted delivery and any subsequent redelivery to the correct address. Please understand that BERRY BLUSH cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. Should such a delivery occur, the customer assumes full responsibility for the entire purchase. If a local phone number for the recipient is not provided, BERRY BLUSH cannot be held responsible for any missing or faulty products.

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of flowers. In the event of any items being damaged during shipping, we kindly request that you inform us of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate the process, kindly provide a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com. We will respond to your email and would happy to replace the damaged goods.
If you wish to cancel the order due to a change of plans, we can accommodate the cancellation as long as it's requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Please allow 4-6 business days for a refund to process. Your bank may hold the funds for a few days before they are available in your account.
Same-day orders are processed immediately and typically cannot be changed.
Given the perishable nature of flowers, it is the recipient’s responsibility to care for them according to the Flower Care Tag provided by BERRY BLUSH.
High Volume Order - High Volume Flower & Balloon Description
Additional Handling Fee for High Volume Orders: Not only due to the large quantity, but also when goods have larger dimensions, taking up more space in our transportation van, an extra fee may be applied to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Specialty Rose Order Policy
We Kindly request that all Specialty Rose Orders be placed at least 7 days in advance of the desired delivery or pick-up date. This advance notice allows us to source and prepare the freshest blooms in the exact shades you desire.
